We are hardworking, happy and passionate about our projects. Our Team consists of our "CORE Team" + a community of skilled specialists. Every Team member  that  is a part of our process is respectful, customer service driven and knowledgeable.  Our Diverse Team is bundled with CAD Drafters, Designers, Woodworkers, Tree Climbers, Paver Experts, Concrete Masons,  Plant Enthusiasts and more!  

Kasey Doyle is well known in the community for his 15+ years in the industry. He is praised for his great relationships, landscape knowledge and creative projects. He has a deep passion for plants & out door living. The goal is to design, communicate and create a long lasting oasis.

 

His commitment to serve and create is what defines his work. He let's nature guide the process with a focus on sustainability. 

 

Kasey works closely with his wife Brenda Doyle to create a full service design experience for clients. They live together with their sweet young girls ( Kennedy & Leighton) at their  home in Encinitas. They love to travel, bike ride, surf, camp and enjoy a margarita at Alce!

Paul Turnbull is our Team Manager & Project Leader. He focuses on training, productivity, and team morale. He is the glue that keeps Soil & Sea's standards and skill on point.

Brenda Doyle is the behind the scenes gal. Assisting with Marketing, Admin, Sales, & design production.
